Southern cinema megastar Chiranjeevi owns many properties. During his long journey as a top star in Tollywood, Chiranjeevi bought lots of land in different places. These properties also include 3000 square yards of land on the main road of Film Nagar. Sources said he bought it in the early 1990s for Rs 30 lakh (Chiranjeevi Property worth). Now insiders say he has sold his prime property.
According to media reports, the owner of a daily newspaper had been showing interest in the land for a long time. Sources say, he is now the owner of this land. Grapevine says the deal is around Rs 70 crore.
South superstar Chiranjeevi, who has acted in more than 132 films in his career, owns Rs 1300 crores. He owns a Rs 38 crore bungalow in the prime location of Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, where he lives with his entire family. Chiranjeevi’s bungalow is equipped with all facilities. The interior of the house is done in a very luxurious manner.
